I have a mcaffee version 8 cd. I'm not sure how up to date that is though. I also have SBC internet and they offer free antivirus. Should I go with one of those, or is there another one free online for download that works better?

I tryed mcaffee for several years ,,,, it is fairly worthless . I after the last crash in my computer I said no more. Switch to Apple (MAC G5 ) and problem cured .........
I believe adware will be the best
Use Norton Personal Firewall (expensive but worth it).
